Background:

Hpyloriplaysacriticalroleinthedevelopmentofstomachcancer,especiallyinpeopleaffectedbythebacteriaatanearlystageoflife.Th9cellsandIL‐9playmajorrolesinimmuneresponsesagainstvariousinfections.IL‐9isinfluentialinchronicoracuteinflammationofthemucosa.背景：幽门螺杆菌在胃癌的发展过程中起着至关重要的作用，尤其是在生命早期就受到这种细菌感染的人。Th9细胞和IL-9在各种感染的免疫应答中起主要作用。IL-9对粘膜的慢性或急性炎症有影响。Aim:ThisstudyseekstoinvestigatethepossiblefunctionsofTc9,Th9cells,andIL‐9levelinpatientswithinflammationduetoHpyloriinfection.目的：本研究旨在探讨幽门螺杆菌感染引起的炎症患者的Tc9、Th9细胞和IL-9水平的可能功能。Methods:Eighty‐threepatientswithdyspepsiasymptomsandtwentynormalsubjectswithnosignandsymptomsofdyspepsiawererecruited.FrequenciesofT‐cellsubsetsweredeterminedbyflowcytometry.LevelsofcytokinesIL‐9familyintheseraandsupernatantsofantigen‐activatedPBMCspatientsweremeasuredbyELISAandflowcytometry.方法：招募了83名有消化不良症状的患者和20名没有消化不良症状和体征的正常人。流式细胞仪测定T细胞亚群的频率。用ELISA和流式细胞术检测抗原激活PBMCs患者血清和上清液中细胞因子IL-9家族水平。Results:Theparticipantsincluded56femalesand47maleswithameanageof39.2±15.3years.Weassignedtheinfectedgroupintopepticulcerandgastritis(chronicactiveandchronic).FrequenciesofTc9,Th17,Tc17,Th17/9,andTc17/9increasedsignificantlyinthepepticulcer,chronicactive,andchronicgastritis,
